Volunteerism and hardworking:
Volunteerism is a major principle that enables our staff to serve our beneficiaries to improve the effectiveness of our intervention. Also, our staff and relevant stakeholders should commit hardworking to ensure that they produce maximum output.
Good governance and internal democracy
Effective management policies and procedures should be in place so that direction of the organization will remain straight ahead to the goals and objectives of the organization. All necessary polices are in place to ensure that the organization meets the expected performance in all aspects of finance human resources, programmers, procurements and etc. Similarly, decisions are made in a democratic way where majority ideas will lead the direction of the organizations. In particular, strategic decisions will go under thorough consultations of the founders and ultimately they will vote for the critical matters to ensure that majority idea will take the lead accordingly.
